Returns & Customer Care

At Pear Ridge Botanicals, your happiness is very important to us. We take great care in crafting each product and hope you love your purchase as much as we loved creating it.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your product. Approved returns will be issued as a refund to the original payment method, minus the original shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee

If your product arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us right away. We truly want to make it right and will gladly send a replacement product or issue a full refund.

Pear Ridge Botanicals reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.


Final Sale Items

Items marked “final sale” or promotional/seasonal products are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly noted on the product page.


How to Send a Return (If Approved)

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions and the return shipping address via email. Please do not send items back without prior approval — they may not be eligible for refund.
