Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after your order is placed. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking information when available.
Please note: During holiday periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after your order is processed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $75.
Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days, please contact us at pearridgeshop@gmail.com.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Pear Ridge Botanicals is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.
Local Pickup / International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer local pickup or international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping options soon.
